It conforms fully to the specifications of the USGA Handicap System as revised effective January 1, 1998. The Scheid System is an alternative handicapping method intended for casual play and local use only; it is not transportable from club to club. NOTE: The use of the Scheid System will not produce a valid USGA Handicap or a USGA Handicap Index.
