Changing a Previously Saved Round

To change a round already saved in a player's record, open the player's document (see Chapter 3 - Modifying an Existing Player Document) or, if the player's document is already open, bring it to the front (by clicking on it if necessary) and select the round you want to change.

A Player's List of Rounds

Double-click the round to open a new scorecard window containing the information saved about this round.

Changed Round Ready to Replace

Make whatever changes you wish to the round on the scorecard, including the date, time, club, course, tees or scoring information. When you've made changes and the round can be saved again, the Replace Round button is enabled. Click it to save the round in place of the original round. You may also choose Save All Rounds from the File or Golf menus, enter S on your keyboard, or click the Save button on the toolbar.

If you enter information on a new scorecard or modify an existing one and close the Scorecard window without saving, you'll see a dialog like this one:

Alert for a Scorecard with Changes

Click Cancel if you decide not to close the Scorecard. If you want to save your changes before closing, click OK. Click Discard Changes & Close to throw away your changes and close the Scorecard window.
