Saving Rounds on a
Scorecard

The Save Round Button
When you've entered enough information for a round to be saved in the
player's permanent record (the Player document), the Save Round button will
be enabled. To save the round, just click the button. The scoring block
will be cleared and the scorecard is ready for another round.
If you have one or more rounds on the scorecard
ready to save, you can save all the completed rounds on the scorecard by
choosing Save All Rounds from the File
menu (or the Golf menu) or by entering S
on your keyboard.
You can also tell Golf Personal to save
all of the completed rounds on the scorecard by pressing the Save button
on the toolbar.
When you have completed saving a round, you can close the Scorecard window
if you're done with it. The newly saved round becomes part of the player's
record and will appear in the player's document window (if the Player document
is open), in date order with the rest of the player's rounds.
If a player's document window is open when you save a round into it or
make other changes that effect information about the player, like their
preferred course, you'll need to be sure to save the Player document when
you close the window or quit the application. |
