Modifying an Existing Player Document

Modifying information in an existing Player document is exactly like working with a new Player document. First, choose Open from the File menu or enter O from your keyboard to open a dialog which will allow you to locate the Player document file you want to modify.

You can also press the Open button on the toolbar to open this dialog.

The Open Dialog

Navigate to the folder on your disk, or on your network, where the file is located, select it and click the Open button. The selected file will open in a Player document window on your desktop.

Make whatever modifications you wish to the document and then save it to save the changes.

Note: Entering and saving rounds from a Scorecard or setting a player's preferred course from a Scorecard will also modify the contents of an open Player document and require it to be re-saved to preserve those changes.
