Building a New Player File

When you first start using Golf Personal, you'll need to build and save a new Player document for yourself. And, when you start keeping track of your friends' golf statistics too, you'll need to build a new document for each of them too.

First, choose New from the File menu or enter N from your keyboard.

To open a new, empty Player document window even faster, you can click on the New Player button on the toolbar, choose New Player from the File menu, or enter P from your keyboard (Shift-Command-P).

Click on the "Open a new Player document" radio button and then click the OK button or press return or enter on your keyboard. A new, untitled Player document window will be opened for you on your desktop.

The new, untitled Player document on your desktop has spaces for you to enter the player's name, address, phone number, fax number, sex, and information about tracking their handicap.
