Golf Personal Menus
Almost anything you want to do in Golf Personal can be done with the
application's menus or with keyboard shortcuts that are described in the
menus.

Golf Personal's Menu Bar
Golf Personal's menu bar, which is shown when it is the front-most application,
is just like the menu bar for other Mac OS applications.

The Apple menu
The Apple menu includes an About Golf Personal
item that will let you display a window telling you about your registration
and the people who helped write, test and support the application.

The File menu
The File menu includes all those features you need to create,
open, close, save and print the documents and windows you use in Golf Personal.
You can also quit the Golf Personal application from the File menu.

The Edit menu
The Edit menu provides features that allow you to change,
select, erase and delete things in Golf Personal windows. You can change
your preferred settings from the Edit menu, as well as
register the application if required. Frequently, changes you make to Golf
Personal windows and documents can be undone, if you make a mistake or change
your mind. The Undo and Redo options in
the Edit menu let you reverse actions you've taken.

The Golf menu
The Golf menu provides features related to creating and setting
information about your Golf Personal documents and windows. It's here that
you can make new Scorecard, Team, Match and Medal windows, add players to
or change clubs on a Scorecard, and indicate things about a player's round,
like whether it was played in a tournament or whether it should be used
in calculating a player's handicap.

The Reports menu
The Reports menu is where you can select the statistical or other
report you want to display on your screen or print. These reports all provide
information about the rounds of golf you have recorded - and they can be
customized for your most recent rounds, specific dates and selected clubs.

The Window menu
The Window menu contains all the features for handling Golf Personal's
windows, including items to arrange your windows neatly, show or hide the
toolbar and the Players and Clubs palettes, select the kind of toolbar you
like. The menu contains a list of all your currently open windows, and you
can select one to bring that window to the front.

The Help menu
The Help menu (or the Guide menu in System 7) is how you
can get information or assistance on using Golf Personal. Help uses Apple
Guide - an interactive method of leading you through an activity with
tips and assistance as you go. You can turn on balloon help from the Help
menu, too. Balloons will help you identify things in Golf Personal windows
and how to use them - just by pointing at them.
Application help in System 7 appears
in the Guide menu near the right end of your menu bar.
