Nines

When a new Club document is opened, it includes two nines, called "Front Nine" and "Back Nine":

Two New Nines

In most cases, two nines is just the right number. But, some courses have only 9 holes (just one nine) and other courses have more than 18 holes (three or more nines). To add another nine, just click the Add A Nine button on the course block. To delete a nine, click in the name field for the nine and choose Delete Nine from the Edit menu or enter D from your keyboard. The nine will be deleted.

You can also delete a nine by clicking in an entry field on the nine block and pressing the Delete button on the toolbar.

Each nine has a text box for you to change the name of the nine (if the course has special names for its nines which it might if it has more than two and buttons for you to indicate whether the first hole of a nine is numbered 1 or 10.

If the name of the nine is not appropriate, change it. Be sure that the proper button is pushed to indicate the first hole of the nine.
