Entering Club Information

The Club document window has separate areas (called "blocks"), highlighted with a 3-dimensional border, for entering club information and course information. Within the course block are separate blocks for information about tees and nines. To start, you must provide, at a minimum, a name for the club:

Entering the Club Name

Key in the name of the golf club. When you enter TAB to move to the next field or click somewhere else in the window, the title of an untitled document will be changed to match what you've entered. We recommend that you save your Club documents using their name (just entered) as the file name. Although it's not required, it will help avoid confusion.

The Club Block

If it's available, enter the address (enter return for a new line) of the club and its phone number. Maybe you'd like to enter the number you have to call to reserve tee times.

Notice also that the Add A Course button, to add a golf course to a club, is located in the club block. If you need to enter information for more than one course, just click the button.
