Match Play

When requested, The Scoring Machine calculates hole-by-hole match play competition results for a selected player or team against the entire field - a scorecard or event.

Using the current settings for match play competition, the player's score vs. each competitor is determined and match play results are calculated:

To show "against the field" match play competition scores for another player, tap the Top button at the right of their name to move them to the top of the display.

The Scoring Machine will re-compute the match play results for that player against all the other competitors.

 

In the toolbar at the bottom of the screen tap the Settings button to change the way match play competitions are scored:
